Any Incursion, Even 0.001 mm, Will Be Considered an Act of War: Kim Jong Un

The leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un, has emphasized the need to enshrine the status of South Korea as the country's number one hostile state in its constitution. His remarks were reported by the Yonhap News Agency.

According to him, the potential implementation of this measure is aimed at more precisely defining the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's (DPRK) position on sovereignty in relation to South Korea's policies.

Kim Jong Un also stated that North Korea does not wish for war but will not shy away from it. He stressed that an incursion from the South, even by 0.001 mm, will be viewed as an act of war.
