Ambulance Team Subjected to Violence as Sons Threaten with Knife to Save Their Mother’s Life

Another shocking incident has occurred, this time involving ambulance doctors. The spokesperson for the city administration, Hayk Kostanyan, reported this on his Facebook page.

"An ambulance team responding to a citizen's call was subjected to violence by the sons of a person in need of assistance. Specifically, they blocked the door of one of the rooms and threatened the doctors with a knife, insisting that they must save their mother’s life at all costs," he wrote.

One member of the medical team was able to persuade them to leave the room under the pretext of needing to retrieve special medical equipment from the ambulance. During this time, he alerted the police, who successfully prevented the potential tragic outcome of the incident.

Furthermore, the doctors managed to stabilize the condition of the citizen in need of assistance, who was then transferred to a hospital," he added.
