How the Income Tax Refund System Will Work for Mortgage Borrowers and New Applicants: Clarification

Member of the National Assembly from the "Civil Contract" faction Babken Tunyan provided clarification on his Facebook page regarding mortgage borrowers. "Citizens who already have a mortgage loan and have joined the income tax refund system, as well as those who will take out a mortgage loan and will join the income tax refund system (in Yerevan, they can join until the end of this year), for these people, NOTHING CHANGES. They will continue to receive refunds of income tax throughout the entire duration of the loan agreement," he wrote.
