Russian President Vladimir Putin remembers all his promises and plans phenomenally, as well as being directly involved in their implementation. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the Russian president, during an interview on the Russia-1 program "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin."

"It works absolutely phenomenally. He remembers all his promises, all the plans he has made with someone, and then personally implements them. He notes the dates, selects a specific timeframe when he is more free to carry it out," Peskov said.
