Communication Lost with Soldier Due to Adverse Weather Conditions: Ministry of Defense

On January 13, communication was lost with soldier B. M. from military unit N of the Republic of Armenia’s Ministry of Defense while transferring from a combat position to a permanent deployment site under extremely unfavorable weather conditions. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

Despite the severe snowfall and fog, search and rescue operations have commenced and are ongoing. All necessary measures are being taken to locate the soldier.
