Russia has repeatedly called on the Houthis to refrain from attacks on international commercial vessels, considering it "extremely wrong." This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.

"As for the actual strikes that the Houthis have carried out on international commercial vessels, we have called on them many times to abandon such practices, and we consider it extremely wrong," Peskov told reporters.
