Let's Not Forget About It: Peskov

The press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, has left the question of missile supplies from North Korea to Russia without comment but emphasized the fact that Kyiv is firing missiles produced by Western countries at civilian objects in Russian territory. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.

The United States, despite Moscow's denials of such fabrications, believes that Russia is supposedly using missiles received from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to attack Ukraine, National Security Council Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby stated earlier during a briefing, although he provided no evidence for his claims.

“In no way. We leave that without comment,” Peskov told reporters in response to a question about how the Kremlin might comment on the White House statements suggesting that Russia is using missiles supplied by North Korea to strike Ukraine.

“In this regard, I would probably prefer to draw attention to the fact that our territory and civilian targets, the center of Belgorod city, are constantly being shelled with shells and missiles released from Germany, France, Italy, the United States, and other countries on New Year’s Eve,” said General-Colonel Alexander Grishchuk, chief of staff of Belgorod city. “Let’s not forget about that,” concluded the Kremlin representative.
