Andreasian on Prime Minister's Shower Inquiry

“Please watch the video carefully; the Prime Minister's directive was not addressed to me.” This was stated by Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasian in response to a question about whether she had fulfilled Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's instruction to check the price of the shower.

In response to the journalist's observation that the directive pertained to her and required her to find out the market price of the shower, Andreasian noted, “Watch the video all the way through. The shower is not part of that property.”

Andreasian did not answer other questions related to the topic. It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had visited the Aragats settlement, toured the M. Mekhakyan Secondary School, and reviewed the completed work. During his visit, Pashinyan removed the shower from the bathroom and turned to Andreasian, stating, “I am being entirely serious, Ms. Andreasian, please take this, see what specifications it has and what it costs in our market.”
