US Base in Northern Iraq Attacked by UAV

The Harir military base located near Erbil in Iraq, which houses American and international forces, has been attacked by a drone. This was reported by the Shafaq News information portal, citing sources from law enforcement agencies.

It has been noted that an explosion was heard in the vicinity of the base and columns of smoke were observed. No information regarding the consequences of the attack has been reported.

Earlier, Shiite paramilitary forces issued a statement on their Telegram channel warning the United States that they would increase the number of armed operations in Syria and Iraq because 'Washington continues to provide military aid to the Israeli army, which is killing civilians in the Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon.'
