This is another cowardly, ruthless blow: Borrell

The EU's High Representative Josep Borrell has called the attack on Ukraine a "cowardly" and ruthless strike. This was reported by the BBC's Russian service.

“Last night, Russia delivered one of the most massive strikes against Ukrainian cities and residents since the large-scale invasion began. We must stop this attack. This is yet another cowardly, ruthless blow to schools, metro stations, and hospitals,” he wrote on X social media.

Borrell added, “The EU will support Ukraine as much as necessary.”
