Roads Closed in the Territory of Armenia

The Rescue Service reports that there are closed roads in the territory of Armenia.

The roads leading from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station in Aragatsotn Province to the Amberd Fortress and the Kayari Lake are closed.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is closed only for freight vehicles.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
