Yerevan Residents Will Be Able to Submit Their Complaints and Suggestions Online: New App
The "Active Citizen" system has been implemented in the City Hall, allowing Yerevan residents to submit their complaints and suggestions online.
This system enables users to report their location by leaving a text message and attaching a voice message, photo, or video. In case of notifying about an issue, citizens will also receive updates regarding the status of their requests.
According to Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan, a task has been given to expand the app's capabilities. "This is yet another channel, alongside the hotline, to inform the City Hall about issues," he stated.
Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan mentioned that the "Active Citizen" platform app allows everyone to report issues to the City Hall. He also emphasized the importance of creating a payment option through this platform: "This app should serve as a unified platform for communication with the City Hall, and our task is to complete the work as quickly as possible while ensuring all safety regulations and standards for citizen identification are maintained."
