We Believe in Peace in the Region: Iran's Foreign Minister Summarizes Visit to Armenia
Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian addressed his visit to Armenia on December 27 through his X account: 'During my visit to Armenia, I met with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, and the Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan. We discussed regional issues and the dynamics of bilateral relations, as well as the recent developments in the South Caucasus.'
'In this context, during discussions with the foreign ministers of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan last evening, we talked about the regional 3+3 format. We believe that peace, stability, and development in the region can be achieved through the participation of neighboring countries in this process. The expansion of cooperation between Iran and the EAEU will create clear prospects for the development of business relations between Tehran and Yerevan,' the Iranian Foreign Minister wrote.
