Let's Remove the Issue of Red Lines This Year, Says Public Voice Faction Leader

Let's remove the issue of red lines this year. This statement was made by Vahan Avagyan, the leader of the Yerevan City Council’s Public Voice faction, addressing Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan.

“I propose that we take the issue of red lines off the agenda this year. We have suggested several options; I do not know what decision your faction has made, but if there are any questions that you have not accepted, I am telling you in advance — remove the issue of red lines from the agenda,” he said.

In response, Avinyan noted that the matter pertains to the 2024 local taxes, which is general and does not relate solely to red lines. “Your suggestions have been partially accepted; we will discuss them, and you will express your opinion,” the mayor stated.
