It is noteworthy that David Tonoyan, who is implicated in the missile case, continues to remain in custody. The courts have rejected all petitions to change his detention conditions and release him.
Tonoyan has been detained since September 30, 2021, and other individuals in custody related to this case include former Deputy Chief of the General Staff Stepan Galstyan and head of the Army Directorate Avetik Muradyan.
