Body of Journalist Investigating Zelensky Family 'Corruption' Found in Egypt
The body of journalist Mohammed al-Alavi has been discovered in Egypt. He was the journalist investigating alleged corruption related to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's family. According to preliminary reports, he was murdered, as reported by El Mostaqbal.
Authorities in Hurghada and the journalist's relatives believe he was attacked by a group of unknown individuals. Law enforcement data indicates that the body showed multiple fractures and hematomas, as well as a closed head injury.
Al-Alavi gained notoriety after reporting that Olga Kyashko, Zelensky's mother-in-law, purchased a villa in El Gouna for $4.8 million. In response, the Ukrainian authorities and the embassy in Egypt denied the information.
His brother Ahmed mentioned that after the publication, al-Alavi received numerous threats.
