Papoyan Says Shahramanyan Can Only Sign Personal Documents in Armenia

Georgy Papoyan, a member of the "Civil Contract" faction of the Armenian National Assembly, made a statement on his Facebook page.

"Samvel Shahramanyan, as a forcibly displaced person like our other compatriots, can only sign personal documents and papers in Armenia (applications, personal belongings, notebooks, passports, authored books, etc.). In Armenia, state decisions, regulations, and decrees can only be signed by Armenian state officials (mainly high-ranking ones, sometimes not)," he wrote.
