Why Bank Terminal Attacks Remain Unresolved: 'Hraparak'

'Hraparak' newspaper writes: Sources close to the banking system state that in recent weeks, attacks on bank terminals and fraudulent transactions have reached unprecedented levels. Operations against these devices, located in various corners of Yerevan and the regions, seem to be receiving scant attention from the police.

Banks are puzzled as to why there have been no breakthroughs, especially given the numerous surveillance cameras positioned near the terminals. Why is the police reluctant to uncover these crimes?

As a result, ordinary citizens are suffering, since the criminals often damage the devices, forcing people to embark on lengthy journeys for making payments because the only terminal in their area is out of order.
