VIDEO: 'People Violate Traffic Rules in Presence of Police' - Daniel Ioannisyan

Daniel Ioannisyan, the program coordinator of the IST, shared a post on Facebook along with a video:

“Traffic is accompanied by the presence of a police officer stationed on site. When you involve a police officer in a service not foreseen by their regulations, they are forced to turn a blind eye to violations of traffic rules. As a result, in the presence of a police officer, people violate the traffic rules and go unpunished, and all witnesses conclude that there is no fight for legality in the country. Although, who am I telling this to? For some, this is a too complicated thought.”
