How Many Competitors Does Vladimir Putin Have in the Presidential Elections

The Russian Central Election Commission has received applications from 16 candidates for the presidential office. This was announced by Ella Pamfilova, the head of the CEC of Russia.

According to Pamfilova, there is currently active nomination of candidates for the presidential post. She noted that this number could increase further.

It is important to remember that the presidential elections in Russia are set to take place from March 15 to 17. The incumbent president, Vladimir Putin, has already announced his intention to participate in the presidential elections.
