Increase of EU Observers in Armenia Creates Additional Opportunity to Monitor Border Situation
The increase in the number of EU observers in Armenia will create additional opportunities to monitor the situation at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. This was stated by the head of the mission, Markus Ritter, on his microblog.
“The expansion of the EU mission in Armenia emphasizes the EU's commitment to promoting peace in the region,” he noted.
