Bus Carrying ‘Gloria’ Garment Factory Employees Involved in Accident

Today, December 18, an accident occurred in the Lori region. Around 18:10, on Zoravar Andranik Street in Vanadzor, a bus of model ПАЗ collided with a Mercedes vehicle in front of the Military Police of the Ministry of Defense.

According to photo reporter Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, 6 people were injured. Four of them were taken to the hospital by the emergency medical team of the ‘Vanadzor’ medical center that arrived promptly at the scene, while 2 others were transferred to the same medical center by civilian vehicles.

As a result of the collision, the ПАЗ bus left the traffic lane and crashed into a tree. Citizens, military police officers, and emergency doctors in Vanadzor were the first to provide assistance to the injured.

A criminal case has been initiated in the investigation department regarding the accident, where the identities of the drivers and the injured are being determined.

According to G. Shamshyan, the ПАЗ bus is registered under the accounting of the well-known ‘Gloria’ garment factory in Vanadzor, and the injured individuals are employees of that factory.
