VIDEO: Billboards Claiming 'Montenegrins Do Not Exist as a Separate Nation' Erected in Budva

Political scientist and former deputy mayor of Budva, Montenegro's largest resort town, Ljubomir Filipović has shared a video on his social media page. He wrote: "A huge banner stating 'When the (Serbian) army returns to Kosovo' appeared today in my hometown of Budva.

Furthermore, for the past two months, there have been more than 30 Serbian nationalistic advertising billboards in our small town, claiming that Montenegrins do not exist as a separate nation."
