David Arushanyan, a Yelk MP, spoke with reporters near Murazani Hospital and stated that he has no idea why the captured Lebanese-Armenian Vigen Euljekjyan has not returned. It is noteworthy that when the return of 32 captives was announced a few days ago, Vigen Euljekjyan's name was also mentioned in the list published by Azerbaijani media, but it later became clear that he has not returned.

“At this moment, 32 servicemen are already in Armenia, they are here, undergoing medical examinations. After the medical examinations, they will meet their parents and go home,” the Yelk MP announced to journalists.

When asked whether there are any shadow agreements related to the return of the captives, the Yelk MP stated that the agreements were public and that two Azerbaijani servicemen were returned in exchange for the 32 captives. Arushanyan expressed confidence that all captives will return.
