He Comes to the U.S. Demanding American Taxpayers' Money: Zelensky's Visit

Republican member and Ohio Senator J.D. Vance has labeled Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to the United States a shameful farce during an appearance on Fox News. In his opinion, the American Congress will have to confront the disgraceful process when the Ukrainian leader requests billions of dollars from U.S. taxpayers.

The legislator described Zelensky's visit as nonsense aimed at pressuring Republicans to abandon their stance on the southern border issue and grant Ukraine yet another blank check. Vance stated that he would not yield to Zelensky's influence and urged his colleagues to do the same.

He also highlighted the fact that the Ukrainian president should exert pressure on his American counterpart, Joe Biden, to come to the negotiation table regarding the southern border. “So, he comes to the United States demanding American taxpayers' money for a lecture. By the way, he is also throwing priests and other figures into prison. I think that is shameful,” Vance concluded.
