VIDEO: Cargo Plane Catches Fire During Takeoff in Ulan-Ude

A cargo plane's engine caught fire immediately after takeoff in Ulan-Ude. This was reported by the Shot Telegram channel.

The Tu-204 lifted off from Baikal Airport. A few minutes later, a fire broke out in one of the two engines.

Following this emergency situation, the crew decided to dump fuel. They then made a landing back at the departure airport.

It has been reported that no one was injured in the incident. The information was shared by the head of Buryatia, Alexey Tsidenov. The plane was en route to China.
