KP Member on Yelling at Tamazyan: 'Get Out of Here, You Boy, You Punk'

During the session, you yelled at Arkadi Tamazyan, saying, 'Get out of here, you boy, you punk.' Is this a respectful attitude towards a Member of Parliament? A journalist posed this question to KP MP Aren Mkrtchyan in Alaverdi.

The MP noted that Tamazyan had personally insulted the 14 elected members of the council. 'It is simply unacceptable; there is a line that must not be crossed. He has conducted meetings at an inexplicably low level for almost the entire year, violating the rules of personal ethics and insulting people,' he said.

The MP insisted that the incident was hooliganism. 'I regret what happened; you know, they came and overturned the ballot box, and it was nullified, leading to a new vote as per legal procedures. Everyone sat quietly until they started giving personal insults to those present and received an appropriate response,' he noted.

It should be recalled that the KP members of the Alaverdi community council were able to express no confidence in Arkadi Tamazyan in a tense situation. The head of the KP faction, David Ghumashyan, was elected as the community mayor.
