“It is time for the Yerevan City Hall to be a bit more active regarding the integration of people forcibly displaced from Artsakh,” said Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan.

“Certain programs should be presented, because social assistance programs alone are not sufficient. In line with the government’s policy, we need to understand how to address the employment issue of these individuals. Present potential programs,” Avinyan stated, assigning the task to discuss with colleagues and submit proposals.
