Liz Truss to Introduce Bill Banning Biological Males from Accessing Areas for Same-Sex Individuals

The former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Liz Truss, is set to introduce a bill aimed at prohibiting biological males from entering spaces designated for same-sex individuals, as well as preventing attempts by children to change their gender, PA Media reports.

According to a source close to Liz Truss, the bill will also seek to restrict access to hormonal therapies for those under 18 and prohibit the state from recognizing social transitions for individuals below the legal age of adulthood. Sources indicate that the former Prime Minister believes stronger legislative protections are necessary to ensure that individuals under 18 do not make "irreversible decisions about their bodies that they may later regret." The official content of the bill will be presented in the House of Commons on Wednesday, along with a list of supporting MPs.
