“The issue of raising or lowering fines falls within the jurisdiction of the National Assembly; we have not put forward any initiative,” stated Yerevan's Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan in response to a question about the amount of fines in case of an increase in parking fees.

“It is possible that our opinion will change in the future, and there may be an issue of raising the fine. But at this moment, there is no such issue,” Grigoryan said.
