Video: Head of Cadastre Committee on Decline of Real Estate Prices

There will be no decline in real estate prices in the near future. This was asserted by Suren Tovmasyan, the head of the Cadastre Committee, in an interview with Tert.am.

According to him, forecasts suggesting a decrease in real estate prices should be based on facts. “We should not disconnect from the real market. If there is supply and demand in the market, it is the market that shapes prices, and there will be no decrease in prices,” the official stated.
