«Karabakh University» to be Established in Occupied Stepanakert: Aliyev's Latest Decree

In the occupied capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert, a so-called "Karabakh University" will be established. Azerbaijani media report that President Ilham Aliyev has signed the relevant decree.

According to the decree, it states: "To create a public legal entity called 'Karabakh University' under the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan." The decree mandates the approval of the university's charter within two months and the necessary measures to finance the university's activities. It also addresses issues related to providing the university with land, educational buildings, dormitories, sports facilities, and other infrastructure.
