Israeli Defense Forces and Hamas Accuse Each Other of Ceasefire Violations

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have reported that three explosive devices were activated near the IDF in northern Gaza, and gunfire was exchanged. As a result of the incident, several soldiers sustained minor injuries. In both cases, the IDF stated that it remained within the agreed ceasefire parameters, according to the Ministry of Defense.

In response, the spokesperson for Hamas's military wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Ubaida, claimed that Israeli forces are "openly violating" the ceasefire in northern Gaza.

"We remain committed to the ceasefire as long as the enemy adheres to it, and we call on the mediators to pressure the occupiers to comply with all ceasefire conditions on land and in air," Abu Ubaida stated.
