Azerbaijan Expands AN-2 Aircraft Fleet at Yevlakh Air Base
Azerbaijan's Armed Forces are expanding their fleet of AN-2 aircraft at the Yevlakh air base, where dozens of aircraft are already stationed. Previously, these single-engine planes have been utilized for identifying Armenian positions and suppressing Armenian air defense systems.
This was reported by Davit Arakelyan, coordinator of the "The Future Armenian" program, on his X social media page. He stated, "Recent high-resolution satellite images indicate that at least 41 aircraft are currently located at Azerbaijan's primary base, less than 150 kilometers from the border."
