Hamas Transfers List of 13 Hostages to Israel, Set for Release Today

The Palestinian radical group Hamas has provided Israel with a list of 13 hostages who are set to be released today. This was reported by the local portal Ynet, citing Israeli officials.

Earlier, the Haaretz newspaper, referencing the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, had reported that the authorities received a list of hostages to be freed on Sunday; however, the exact number of those released was not specified.

According to Ynet, Hamas has submitted the list of 13 hostages to Israeli authorities, but their nationalities were not mentioned.

It has also been previously revealed that a second group of hostages released by Hamas has reached Israel via Egypt from the Gaza Strip. In total, 20 hostages crossed the border, including 13 detainees from Israel and seven foreigners.
