Wind Damage Today in Sevan

On November 25, at 16:10, a report was received by the crisis management center of the Gegharkunik Regional Rescue Department indicating that part of the roof of a building near 2/3 Sargis Sevanetsi Street in the city of Sevan had been partially ripped off by strong winds, posing a risk of falling debris.

A firefighting unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations headed to the scene. It was determined that the metal sheets (300 sq. m) of the two-story building's roof had been partially torn off, and some were found on a nearby tree.

The rescuers removed the torn sheets (about 25 sq. m) from the roof and the nearby tree.
