Lars Has Been Opened
The Emergency Services announce that the roads within the territory of Armenia are passable. According to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Department and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
