Israel Reports Death Toll of Soldiers During Ground Operation Against Hamas

Since the launch of ground operations against the Palestinian Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip, the number of Israeli soldiers killed has reached 68, reports the Times of Israel, citing the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Earlier, the publication stated that the casualty count among Israeli troops had risen to 66.

"The Israel Defense Forces have announced the deaths of two more soldiers during fighting in northern Gaza, bringing the total number of Israeli soldiers killed during the ground operation against Hamas to 68," the publication writes.
