VIDEO: IDF Discovers Entrance to HAMAS Tunnels Beneath Al-Shifa Hospital Where Hostages Were Held

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have revealed the entrance to HAMAS tunnels located beneath Gaza's Al-Shifa Hospital along with footage showing captured hostages. This information was reported by Meduza.

It is noted that after several days of searches, the Israeli Defense Forces discovered the entrance to an underground network of tunnels within the grounds of Al-Shifa, the largest hospital in the Gaza Strip. These tunnels were reportedly used by HAMAS militants for refuge, movement, and as a weapons depot.

Prior to taking control of the medical facility, the IDF had indicated that tunnels passed beneath Al-Shifa, but no documented evidence had been provided. On the evening of November 19, footage released by the Israeli Ministry of Defense showcased not only the entrance to the underground tunnels but also surveillance images from the hospital indicating that staff were aware of hostages being held within the building.
