No Company Was Liquidated at the Time of Application Submission: Robert Khachatryan
No company was liquidated at the time of application submission.
This statement was made by the Minister of High-Tech Industry, Robert Khachatryan, addressing a controversial issue related to the IT sector. According to him, when the ministry received applications from IT companies, the funds were transferred 4-6 months later. During that time, whether the company underwent rehabilitation or not was not under the supervision of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry.
Previously, it was reported that on December 1 of last year, the government allocated 10 billion drams in state support to companies in the information technology sector. The publication "Hetq" investigated the effectiveness of this grant and found that out of 18 companies that received government support, 14 had temporarily suspended operations, while 4 were in the process of liquidation.
