Video: Explosions and Fire at Russian Military Base

A fire has broken out at a facility belonging to the Russian Ministry of Defense. According to reports on Telegram channels, the fire occurred two kilometers from the village of Kotluban in the Volgograd region. Local residents have reported multiple explosions. It is possible that the emergency situation arose at an ammunition depot.

Governor Andrey Bocharov commented on the situation: "A fire occurred in the vicinity of one of the military installations near the village of Kotluban. The fire has been quickly localized and extinguished with the efforts of the regional fire service, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Ministry of Defense."
