VIDEO: The Forced Displacement of 100,000 People from Artsakh Was Unexpected, Says Finance Minister

Today, on November 15, during the presentation of the 2024 budget draft in the National Assembly, the Minister of Finance of Armenia, Vahe Hovhannisyan, stated that the forced displacement of 100,000 people from Nagorno-Karabakh was unexpected.

"Of course, Azerbaijan's policies made clear the criminal intent to carry out ethnic cleansing, but the forced displacement of 100,000 people in such a short period was indeed unexpected," he noted.
