Death Toll in Gaza Exceeds 11,000

The death toll in Gaza as a result of the Israeli war against the Palestinian Hamas movement has exceeded 11,180, including 4,609 children, and 28,000 people have been injured, reports the Al-Hadas television channel, citing the enclave's health ministry.

The war between Israel and the Palestinian radical Hamas movement has been ongoing since October 7. During the militants' incursion into Israel, 1,200 people were killed, and 5,400 were injured.

On October 27, Israel launched a ground operation in the Gaza Strip. On November 2, the Israel Defense Forces announced the complete blockade of the city of Gaza.
