Footage has emerged online showing the sky over the Gaza Strip at this moment. According to RT, Palestinian groups are reporting that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have launched phosphorus bombs in the vicinity of the Shifa hospital.

Earlier, Colonel Peter Lerner, a spokesperson for the Israeli army, confirmed on BBC that Israeli military units are operating in the area around the Shifa hospital. “HAMAS has decided to position its strategic terrorist forces under and around hospitals. We are seeking to encourage the evacuation of people who are hidden in hospitals,” he stated.

Colonel Lerner also mentioned that, according to the IDF, HAMAS's main forces and command centers are located in the city of Gaza. Palestinian sources claim that hospital areas in Gaza are already under fire.
