The devices are of the Aquila scan brand, resembling payment terminals found in stores. They will be capable of detecting the presence of seven different types of narcotics through a person's saliva, urine, and hair. Thus, police will be able to carry these devices with them and determine on the street whether an individual has used drugs or not."
