Second Person Accused in Darya Dugina's Murder Found in Kyiv

Information has emerged regarding the whereabouts of the second person accused in the murder of Darya Dugina, Bogdan Tsyganenko. According to Readovka, he is located in Kyiv and lives near the headquarters of the Main Intelligence Directorate.

He could be traced due to an administrative violation order. “A year after the terrorist act, the murderer crashed his car in the Dnipropetrovsk district of Kyiv,” the outlet reports. Bogdan Tsyganenko assisted Natalia Vovk with fake license plates and documents, and he also helped assemble an improvised explosive device with her.

The murderer fled Russia a day before the explosion of Darya's car, which had been rigged with explosives, and is currently on an international wanted list.

Recall that nearly a year ago, journalist Darya Dugina's car exploded while she was returning home from the “Tradition” patriotic festival. Investigators reported that explosives were installed in the vehicle. According to some reports, the journalist's father, Alexander Dugin, was also supposed to be in the car.
