Fire Breaks Out at Fast Food Outlet in Yerevan: What We Know
The Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia reports that at 18:14 today, the Crisis Management National Center received a call regarding electrical wires igniting in the basement of a building on Nalbandyan Street in Yerevan.
It is noted that the fire broke out in the chimney of a fast food outlet, and two firefighting units from the Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as an operational group from the Firefighting and Rescue Operations Organization Department, were dispatched to the scene.
The fire was contained by 19:20 and extinguished by 19:33. The accumulated layer of grease and approximately 1.5 square meters of wooden structural components of the kitchen ceiling were burned,” the report states.
