VIDEO: Severe Storm in France Forces Evacuations

In France, more than 1,300 people have been evacuated due to Storm "Kiyar," which has impacted Brittany and the northwest region of the country, according to Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin, as reported by TACC.

He noted that residents of several homes in Brest have been evacuated.
