Azerbaijan Releases Name of Another Artsakh Resident Arrested

The Azerbaijani State Security Service announced today that it arrested Madat Arakel Babayan in Karvachar back in September, suspecting him of participation in the so-called "Khojaly Genocide." According to reports, he was arrested during Baku’s "anti-terrorist operations" in Artsakh this September (which are actually mass military aggression against Artsakh).
