Shoot to the Forehead: Ramzan Kadyrov

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has called on security forces to immediately arrest those inciting unrest, stating that if a person does not respond to three warning shots, then "a bullet should be fired to their forehead." This information was reported by RIA Novosti.

"If we have even one person who is going to unauthorized riots, you must arrest him, incarcerate him. Or fire three warning shots into the air, and thereafter, if the person does not obey the law, fire the fourth shot to the forehead. This is my order," he said during a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Rosgvardiya at the Republic's government.

It is worth recalling that residents of Makhachkala stormed the airport runway after the arrival of a flight from Tel Aviv. They were searching for citizens coming from Israel and checking vehicles exiting the area. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the North Caucasus Federal District, 83 people have been arrested. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the mass riots.

Kadyrov had previously stated that "such provocations have been prevented in Chechnya."
